1) there's no evidence Teva is even procrastinating - they've said it will move into Ph3 this year - just let it happen, as...we've all read...before...many time....Ph3's are like building a skyscraper...a BIG job, they take along time to plan and action, so sit back and prepare for a long ride!
2) Not only has MSB raised millions from very serious investors in recent months, it's also got the Possibility of "fast track" to market in Japan, no doubt something the Professor will touch on at the AGM.
