It's a statistical fact that given 3 independent events, with a probability of success of 50%, 22% and 26%, the combined probability of one of these events occurring is 71%. Those first 3 figures are the ones provided by CTP on their website and have been included in numerous announcements.
Comparisons to horse racing and roulette are complete nonsense. Let me remind you of your prediction the other week, that "prices can only go up from here".
