145M shares to be issued at no lower than $0.05 within 3 months but it remains at the directors discretion as to whether they do - so basically has to be sometime before end of Q1/2014 but will be at a higher price than where it currently sits.
With $10M in the bank the company is not pressed for it so I guess the company at this point still simply retains it as an option.
Nothing to do with shortfall but watch for left-field somewhere between Thursday & Xmas Eve.
