Plenty of times wish I'd sold earlier and plenty of times wish I'd held on earlier. From a trading persepctive thats the game.
From a longer term investment point of view, if you are confident in a company's prospects no point trying to buy and sell too much, as you inevitably get that extra cent or two, but its the time it jumps up quickly and catches you unawares that all that hard work is undone.
