My opinion only. Their real problems are cash, business model validation, and shareholder trust, not the share price itself.However:
If the 5/6/2025 vote passes and more massive dilution happens, they might later want a reverse split to clean up the bloated share count.Example:
If they authorize billions of new shares, it could make the capital structure messy.
1-for-20 or 1-for-50 reverse split could become attractive to tidy things up later.
