No not me, I have not rung the company about this. [I only very rarely contact companies I am invested in]. The post of mine which you are replying to is only my opinion in response to VT.
I heartily agree that the price is silly. I increased my holding a little bit yesterday @ 15 cents. IMO, at this price, good news is definitely not priced in ... I can only agree with vt's analysis of the assets [i.e. PMR] and it makes this a very safe purchase.
But there are lots of competing buys/sells in the market and it is anybody's guess what motivates each sale. SOC is not the only fish in the sea. But, IMO, it is a great catch.
I am happy to watch things as they develop....
