    But think of the flip side. If the patent is not extended, it expires in 2017. If you add up the milestone payments and royalties that the company says it can expect, then the stock is worth a lot less than $4.00.

    In saying that it is assumed the income from other uses of ACR's drug delivery technology is not much compared with Axiron income.
