5.8 million @ 38.5c, page-8

Not sure whether this is of a lot of help, but no, can't find either the 5.8 million shares in the recent disclosure document from Dimensional. Only relevant entry I can find are 1.9 something million shares sold on that day. So - I guess, we are still waiting for both seller and buyer SSH statement. Are they not supposed to disclose the change of ownership within 2 working days, i.e. should still pop up today - unless both under 5% (which is possible, but not very likely ...)?
