I am no AM hater.
He made huge progress towards Galena becoming a miner, some of it during difficult times.

My complaint is his continued salary, when his value as a contributor towards delivering an operating mine is minimal to outside observers such as us retail holders.

His continued drawings speak eloquently about the focus of the BOD, hence the share price sits in the doldrums, till we are much closer to production.
