    Incorrect

    Galena will own 60% of Abra Mining (project Co).....and pay 60% of CAPEX = $117m

    $98m in equity (post last toho tranche) + $17m IXM (if they want it) = $115m

    so Senior Debt required (worst case) to be raised by G1A is $2m.
