    Galena will own 60% of Abra Mining (project Co).....and pay 60% of CAPEX = $117m

    $98m in equity (post last toho tranche) X (60%) + $17m IXM (G1A level if they want it) = circa $76m

    so Senior Debt required (worst case) to be raised by G1A for its stake = $41m.
