PIL and IOU have significant shareholders in common, they use the same broker for cap raisings and both are BNPL operators in Asia - PIL Philippines and IOU Malaysia.
That makes them sister companies.
Big difference is that PIL's technology is more advanced and they have a 50,000-strong network of registered agents.
