Just because they have BNP Paribas and few other common shareholders doesn't mean they're sister companies you numbnut.
They are investors and so therefore they will invest what they think will succeed for the future. Most likely when it re opens they will dump PIL and move their funds into IOU as they see more potential in IOU than a dog stock like PIL.
If I were you, id take your chump change shares in PIL and put it into IOU as they will yield better returns in the future.
