It was pointed out that the % of share ownership by founders and board members would not make this possible and that these individuals would never sell out. That was back when the share price was about $1.40 and look at it now!! (Still, in the corporate world anything can and does happen!!)

I still remember that 'bad taste' that Aconex left with me when the big OS opportunist came and sadly the 'glitter of the pieces of silver' appeared to be too great for the BOD & founders to resist...... (and then they, Imho, had the cheek to stay on with cosy jobs under the new ownership).....
