Summary terms for warrants of series TO1:

The subscription period is 1 November 2020 through 30 November 2020.
One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share.
The subscription price has been set at SEK 0.12 per share in accordance with the terms of the warrant.
The last day for trading in the warrants on NGM Nordic Growth MTF is 26 November 2020.
Important times:

Subscription period begins November 1, 2020.
The last day for trading in warrants on NGM SME is 26 November 2020.
The subscription period ends on Monday 30 November 2020 (however, show internet based niche banks can end their electronic subscription period two days before the subscription period ends).
Publication of outcomes is planned to take place during the first week of December.
The conversion of interim shares into shares is planned for the second half of December.
Instructions for payment of shares subscribed for on the basis of warrants of series TO1:

For those of you who have nominee-registered warrants (custody): Subscription and payment with the support of the warrant must be made in accordance with instructions from the respective nominee. Please contact your trustee for further information.
For those of you who have directly registered warrants (VP account): Subscription must be made by simultaneous cash payment according to instructions on the application form. The warrants are then replaced with interim shares (IA) pending registration with the Swedish Companies Registration Office. Registration form can be ordered via Eminova Fondkommission AB via e-mail: [email protected] or telephone: 08-684 211 00.
The total number of outstanding warrants of series TO1 is 154,851,161. Upon full utilization, Abelco Investment Group AB (publ) will receive approximately SEK 18.6 million before issue costs. The issue amount that warrants of series TO1 correspond to is approximately 80% (SEK 15 million) guaranteed through Modelio Equity AB (publ).
