If everything goes to plan-FDA approval to hold trial and good results from Phase II, then one could expect an increase in share price IMHO.

However, there are still too many loose shares on the market and it is desirable that these be reduced.

We had the same problem with NRT and this has a Nasdaq ADR listing. As the NRT share price rose, the US bought more NVGN (Nasdaq code for NRT).

As many in the the US are holders (Australia has a lot of traders), this meant that the US MM (Market makers or Brokers) had to buy this stock at the ASX and onsell these as NVGN shares.

This reduced the number of shares available at the ASX and with it prices rose. At present, the US holds about 53% of NRT shares and these include those bought directly from the ASX.

The net effect of this was that prices rose but also steadied (less traders at higher prices?), so now the NRT price is $6.20-$6.30.

There has been much discussion over shares going to the US but it was clear that Aussies were not able or did not want to support prices.

At the present time there is EPTNF; these are pink sheets and these track the EPT prices. However, neither the Announcements nor the Annual Report refers to these.

That is no problem as long as we can get EPT quoted at full ADR status (American Depository receipts).

(An ADR is also called a "Share" by the US although it will hold several ASX EPT shares).

I have approached EPT but sofar no answer.

In any case it will be helpful if this matter be brought up in "General Business" of the Annual Meeting.

It is possible that EPT may still make an Announcement to that effect once prices rise and perhaps therefore has sofar not answered.

The matter is of utmost importance as most of us would like to see higher and more stable prices, I believe.
