Definitely not a downramp. I've publicly stated that I'm worried about the magnitude of this raise.
Example what happens if the CR is abandoned? Due to SP decrease and the CR not enticing. So then what happens cash wise?
What's the next source of cash. Personally I would have rathered that magnitude to be offered to SI's at least it's assured
