As I understand from the announcement, the 5 day VWAP following completion of the SPP offer period which is from 20-11 to 4-12-12. That means the 5 days are from 5-12-12 onward and not ends today as some may think.
If the instos are paying 75c which is underwritten by JPM, I shall be very surprised if by that time the SP will be lower than 75c.
This is a common practice for the big guys and their cronies to shake out the small and weak holders so that they can get big chunk of cheap shares.
