Speaking with the dev's in my office, I believe the app goes through an approval process (android being much quicker than apple) but it is still up to the company to publish the app. There are settings which control it. So once it's approved, the company will have the final say on when to publish.
Noting the push on social media, my guess is that it is already approved and ready for tomorrow. Well I freaking hope so anyway!!
