They had such a great opportunity to release prior to 15th. And if they were smart, they would have done so during the sp rally. By not doing so they killed the rally. I don't see why any smart person wouldn't release app during the sp rally to ensure it continues. The only reason I see as to why they haven't released is because it still is not ready. Very poor performance by management if this is the case.
