RJ needs to put on his best dress and some lipstick otherwise nobody will want to dance with him.
No company is a serious player in this market unless they have drilled and tested and proved up reserves, and that only puts them into a position to compete for markets.Unless ICN stop dithering this whole CBM market rush could pass them by.So what exactly are ICN doing in this regard ? Nobody knows.Maybe nothing, or maybe RJ is talking to somebody who knows somebody who heard in the pub where he can talk to somebody about getting a drilling rig.
