Hess on April 28 announced it would need 2 + weeks to complete its well off Ghana. 2 weeks isn't up yet and it needs about 10 days to get back to Kora.Assuming Hess has no more problems we should spud some time AFTER May 22.The only proviso is that the Marine Traffic site hasn't updated for some time and Hess might have completed earlier than expected.
