IMO Matmor has been the key motivator for India as it provides the perfect political distraction/ disguise for Coldry commercialisation (Coldry or BCE not having to be at the fore).

So while we prove up Matmor's revolutionary iron making process via India R&D from brown coal (and sell it to the world), India can use the same upgraded brown coal (coldry) as a cleaner fuel and significantly reducing emissions and efficiency (and sell it to the world).

ECT/ India simply killing multiple birds with 1 stone, and a very strong argument to proceed with Matmor pilot as Matmor NEEDS coldry.
