    Big deal. I'm a long-term investor so I don't give a rats if I get my consideration in 5 days or 6 weeks.

    You've got to love how they use the pumped up close of business share prices in their valuations rather than VWAP over the term of the deal. It's insulting.

    After 5 days will be interesting to watch to selling for those who enter AAG to arbitrage WGR-AAG SP.
