Believe ML used Goldman Sach as their seller. Last 3 days GS $100,000 turnover, suspect may have finished mid yesterday by reaction in RWD price in afternoon.
On DCF analysis I have been using 50 year cashflows, but recent reading regarding the life of most companies suggests 30 years so am thinking of reducing to 30 years cashflow model. Won't have a huge impact but 30 years model is more conservative.
