CAN's research is a top notch among it's peers and can't think the logic why would AURORA will inject large amount of funds (22%) to invest on it's future competitor, the only explanation is AURORA want take over and the 22% stake will be a poison pill to fend off other predators such as CANOPY GROWTH and it would be logic for AURORA to try to make the offer now as the price will be the cheapest as CAN still has $50m in cash, it would be much harder and expensive if anything after the legislation has passed from either Canada or Australia. imo, we will see a formal offer very soon.
