    Metabolisim.Is the Key to losing weight.avoid high Gi foods and drinks.Eat and drink clean foods.Start the day with museli and yoghurt.green tea .Lemon juice added to chilled water at dinner table.Eat slower .Carbs are the fuel to transport protein around the body.Protein is used by the body to repair any damage done to the cells .Carbs will turn to fat when not in use ,so not too many,unless you want to do a lot of excersise.Fiber and water is important when absorbing protein,as protein adds stress to the kidneys,so plenty of water.Whey protein is the easestly absorbed protein,and can be added to the porridge and museli Mix in the morning .I mix canned apricots to my mix and physillium husks for fiber .
    Brazil nuts are excelent metabolisim starters.smokers have a higher metabolisim rate ,But not too health ,hey.
