Update from Warnie

now back to the magic 100kgs...actually 99.5

Well on track to get back toward 85 over the next 3-6 months goinbg by the past results

Have cheated a couple of times with a coke or a chocolate, but overall have had no probelm leaving out potato, pasta and sugar in the ol diet.

Starting some exercise training next week to help spur on the body towards the end goal.

certiuanly feel better for it....good luck all, stay healthy
