    warnie, I did the same about four weeks ago. Just cut out the bread, rice, sweetcorn and potatoes. Just amazed that I don't feel hungry - the ghrelins, which are stimulated by sugars and starches, are held at bay (ghrelins are hunger producing hormones). No breakfast, a lump of cheese and an egg for lunch, and meat/fish/omelette plus vegetables or salad for dinner. Fruit is out - too much sugar.
