I agree with the others that you should put some carbs back in your diet - potatoes are OK.
Everything in moderation!!!!
I grew up on full fat everything and buckets of lard. Fresh food, but nothing over the top.
If you cut out sugar, white refined carbs, vegetable oil and anything else made in a factory you will be fine. It's common sense really.
I have never been overweight, never worried about what I eat, just eat like my Mum taught me. I am 43, and a size 10/12
