Why does A2 keep going on about "performance in the daigou channel"?
There is no daigou channel. The Australian and NZ borders are completely shut. There is zero international travel. So there is zero trade occurring through daigou. Yet the company has, all year, continued to indulge in total denial about this, and bangs on about attempts and measures to improve the channel.
You can't improve something that doesn't exist. It is really annoying to see the company continue to communicate and act as if it does exist, and continue to deny that it no longer exists.
Just fess up. Say what everyone already knows. There is no daigou channel. It is totally dead for as long as COVID keeps borders closed and international travel out.
