Probably not too much different to what's in the knowledge library, the library will have much better information.

It's just helped hone my trading skills, forcing even further focus, re-enforces discipline of trading rules even more, taught me new aspects of trading, has forced me to be less attached to stocks more as well and it highlights things I need to do more or less of in my trading to keep growing the 5 grander. It's hard to explain as it's a general overall improvement as well and it's something that's really on to each individual, as the 5 grander is what each person makes of it for themselves, the whole exercise of the 5 grander is a learning lesson in itself, but you have to put in the effort and have a target of what you want to achieve, mine is compounding it over 12months.
