all you blokes/ladies are missing the point, What we have here is a company run by an risk taker who beleives in his goals and has surrounded himself in people who also beleive in his goals and together they have been working for years to achieve them. They are on the cusp of showing everybody who will listen that they can make UCG GTL work.

My query is still that nobody has answered my original question of overiding tenure and who has the rights to the coal. Linc operate under a mining EPC and MDL where they have a ATP and PEL over them. If Linc prove that you can mine gas not a hard mineral under the EPC and MDL would not that set a precedent to the coal seam methane guys that their PELs and ATPs are worthless if the EPC and MDL holders want to pursue UCG, as they clearly cannot coexist...mmmmmmm
