The management gave very reasonable risk qualification in the presentation in line with seismic research and timelines that won't suit every "fly-by-nighter" . They "can't help it" that NDO have a 100% successful drill rate, and numerous multi hundred million barrel (even billion barrel) oil potential - that's the Phillipines for you . Frontier oil just like Brazil was once . Exonn, BHP, Shell - theyre all there and little NDO being sold for 14.5 cents . Management have every reason to be bullish even if you or a US fund aren't . Yes there's risk, but Galoc removed some risk just as Tindalo and Yakal will do . Gindarra is another level of risk but with a 43% chance of the oil being there .....
