There is a bit of confusion re the price that TLW can pay for its shares.
I thought we had established earlier on that TLW cannot pay any more than the offered price od 2.02, but however, in one of the declarations, they did buy some at a higher price, admitedly only marginally above. May be that is adjusted in the currency exchange.
If 2.02 is the price, then TLW hasn't got many shares in the last two three trading days if at all! That being the case, they would have to up the price, or they may lose their 10% penalty or doesn't that apply in such situation.
It also appears that amongst the few that voted in Motley Fools, most will stick around either for the TLW shares or for a higher bid.
