I am not putting down the chance of another bid. However it is three weeks I think since Tullow made their offer and I have not seen any items in the press concerning suggested names of where this second offer will come from. Normally the press get wind of anyone stakebuilding, if somebody is buying quietly then they are also managing to keep the identity a secret. While this silence persists I think if a second bid is forthcoming it will be a cash only deal for all the shares
