I bought this baby in my super only a week ago for 78cents. Yes I was trying to catch the bottom..... Then it fell to 55 ish..... Can sleep alot easier now! MMS isn't interested in Gray's or RTD business they simply want the novated leasing business.
i expect a fairly quick sale of these 2 assets pay down some debt.... Then I expect another offer to be made. Solid 12 month hold here... Million dollar question of course is how much will the sale of these assets bring in??
Nice to hear multiple parties are interested though. What a rollercoaster a week can be
