By the sound of what's been said on the KMC forums, PXG might want to buy some second hand stuff cheap (equipment, tenements, whatever). It might be a good idea to avoid having anything to do with any of the people.
As juk rather cryptically saif: "price, schedule, quality". It's a project management cliche that you can only optimise for two of these. In KMC's case, the question might be how much less than two has been achieved.
