Mooter will:
"Be entitled to 50% of all Hot Shot Media Group revenues, benefits, rights and incomes, ad infinitum;"
"Be entitled to 100% of online advertising revenues for the first five years, after which they are to be shared by the Joint Venture"
Mooter will be entitled to the first $5M after paying out $1M
