"I do not understand how, if Mooter acquire Hot Shot why would they need to share revenue if Mooter own them anyway . Or am missing something ? Which is easy for numbskull like me."
Answer: MMZ has acquired 100% of HSM (Aust) of which has "a full and all-encompassing 50:50 Joint Venture agreement with Hot Shot Media Pte Limited in Singapore. Hot Shot Media Inc (the Hot Shot Media Groups US development arm) is a subsidiary of that company."

"I just see the statement in section ii) that says all the CREAM is gone to HSM shareholders for 5 years, bar 5 million dollars
and I haven't seen a credible statement from anyone which goes against that
happy to be proven wrong, i dont give a toss"
Answer: HSM Pty Ltd is the Aust entity that will be 100% owned by MMZ. Therefore all detail revenue in s.ii) goes to MMZ for the first 5 years then a 50/50 splitpretty clear IMHO.
