The loan is non dilutive to shareholders, however the CR to repay the loan will be if minority holders refuse to play the game we have all advocated for so long (participate in CR's!)......
(I was amazed at some of the comments last raising about some not wanting to)
Hopefully some of the recent sellers are the ones who cannot (or will not) support further CR's so we get to the stage where all holders participate and shut the door on that little percentage builder for TIO. The small percentage gains available to TIO via the CRs is starting to mount and can be meaningful in things like Special Resolutions!!
Of course if OCJ don't participate again that stuffs up nearly half the minority holdings allocation.............

(Of course each holder should make their own decision on their own plans and investment strategy........................)
