"the more they push it down, the better" was your statement. This is ridiculous - do you really expect anyone to believe you're looking at your share portfolio saying "wow - hope PIR ends in the red today, that would be excellent"?.
Yes, if you're talking about percentage gains, a lower share price would react more positively to good news. However, in terms of overall return, this is just not true.
There is something to be said for people selling on rumour, but in the long term, higher consolidation is far more important (in my opinion). We want consolidation as close to our recent high as possible to help with the next leg up.
Seems to me people look at posts and think "that was positive about my share, I'll give him credit for that", when in reality the more beneficial posts contain reasoned, accurate analysis, not comments such as "the more they push it down, the better".
