North adelaide is a pocket across from Adelaide city that has the highest land values in the state.

Its an expensive area to buy and also to rent a house.

A unit...there are quite a few around with limited parking.

At $295 I would assume the place is a little dated, whereby up the road you pay around the $4-500 mark minimum.

people generally dont MOVE to North Adelaide.

Its the kind of place where you have grown up, or the family have and passed houses down or you need to work in North adeliade hospitality area or close to the city

Also a few developments have come on board in the last 6 months whcih provide enough supply to cover the area quite easily.
