warnie, you would be right in saying not many move to Nth Adelaide and that the place is a little dated. As I said before I'm guessing it was built 15yrs ago, all fittings are original but has had a fresh coat of paint etc. For us Nth adelaide made sense in that one of us works in the north and the other predominatly in the south. It meant we only needed one car as public transport to the north through Jeffcott st is fantastic and also only a 5 minute max walk away from the place.
At the moment there is an abundance of rentals sitting on the market in the 450-700 range that haven't moved for months. Not many come up for under $300 that are not a unit in a complex, so too good to refuse. The agent is Gaetjens
