I note that with the latest issues of options that one third of the votes cast was against the issues. I wrote a stinging letter to the company when the issue was first announced and to date no reply has been received. Too late as the issue is done & dusted. My worry is that the two senior board members hold about one third of the company between them. That does not include the latest chunk of largess! That is the big sticking point that I have with GSW. The company seems geared up to reward those at the top & be damned to the rest of us. It will be interesting to see if the upward trajectory can be maintained after all of these issues. We have a great product here and I wish the company well as a shareholder and trust that we will all be rewarded in the end.

There is two sides to that coin thought, I think them being so persistent on always wanting a slice of the pie is really indicative off how bullish they are. Worth noting Jeff bezos still owns a large chunk of amazon.
