Point taken but Jeff Bezos probably had stock given to him on his performance. It was not a benefit for future performance as in this case. Make the directors perform and then be rewarded. I may add that the two of them are already on lucrative salaries, Please! Take a leaf out of Warren Buffet's book. I am sure the two of them will guide the company from strength to strength and THEN give them some more options. They already own about 1/3 of the company. Enough is enough.
