JW I might be able to buy that argument if these guys weren't in senior roles beofre their current positions, but they were. They have never revised the story from the cap raising. I suspect that they have considered that their targets met and ignored the inconvenient "accounting adjustment" of $2M.

Anyway, this is just a sideshow to the main game of winning work. My main concern is that they are on a good wicket while SH's get pumelled. Should be a pain/gain share not one sided.
