I am sure most shareholders try to stay optimistic, but where are the strong pipeline of opportunities? But even if a contract is announced to the public, the sp is going the opposite direction.

A lot of people been saying it could be a golden opportunity to buy when the sp was 6 cents, 4 cents, 1.5 cents. And now what? 0.007! The way the sp is going now, it is not doubt it will be a golden opportunity to buy at 0.001 (not 1 cent).
