It really is a perspective, if I had some spare cash I would be taking the opportunity to buy at these prices, for when the pipeline does start to produce results, I believe we will see a positive change in the SP. As for contracts, it looks as those these contracts are for long periods of time, up to 15 years, it is onerous on both sides to make sure everything is watertight before signing on the dotted line, so it all takes time.
As someone had said, INT is a publicly-listed company and as such, if and when they have something significant to report they are required to. Negotiations are just that, negotiations, and as such, can go either way, and therefore are not, imho, significant to announce, and give possible competitors a chance to undercut.
Let us be realistic, from basket-case to turnaround, from loss-making to cash-positive. Give them a bit more time, and let us see what evolves. Of course, you always have the option of pushing the SELL button.
All of this is MHO, and as such it could easily be wrong. BTW, I am not selling.
