Considering that you apparently do not hold, some readers might construe you to be a bit of a stirrer with a chip on his shoulder.
However, when you say that,

there is an element of truth.
For example, how are many companies are able to stay afloat for years without making profits? Plenty. They always sell some new strategy to the market so that individuals will see dollars in their heads and hand over their hard earned. If INT needs to raise cash again I would get Bob back and sell hard into any strength.
Technically INT should be trading at the levels that you suggest. However, sentiment prohibits it.
In hindsight, they were flagging to the market back in January that the EN model would take longer than expected to prove up. Currently the market considers the EN model to have flopped or, at the very least, stagnated. Needless to say, there are other issues.
Only time will tell. If any of the current 'partners' offer up another development, however, I would consider that to be quite compelling evidence that it has not.
